Prerequisite | to be able to run 2 hours non-stop at a moderate pace, and to run-walk uphill for a minimum of 1000 meters and the stamina to spend a full day in the mountains

SATURDAY July 22

- cadence, technique and pacing for all terrain
- climbing strategies
- lunch at altitude
- downhill training | tips and drills in technical terrain, gain speed and confidence
- Chamonix track | stride and skill training, train like a pro!
- injury prevention and mobility exercises

SUNDAY July 23
8:00 - 15:30
TOTAL AVERAGE 1500M+
- technical climb in steeper terrain | strategies for pacing and managing effort for greater economy
- mountain traverse between 2100m and 2600m | steady tempo in semi-technical terrain
- learn to pick-up the pace, and be consistent after a long climb
- lunch at altitude
- long descent in various terrain | steady pace, emphasis on technique
- running flat after a big descent | training tips & drills
- nutrition, hydration and fueling strategies... while enjoying refreshments!
- review of the weekend video analysis and see improvements
- Q&A

- Schedule and itinerary may vary due to the unpredictable mountain weather and conditions
- Important | meals and accommodation are not included, we can recommend hotels
